Yes, it is GPLv2 Licenced and you can use in a private context, following the terms of this licence.

Unfortunately, it seems the 3D model is not free. Do not hesitate to ask for specific questions about that.

I confirm, the CAD drawings of the micro5 are unfortunately not open source.
There is a base price which includes engineering support and a royalty for each sold machine.
